WHY DO WE KEEP ASKING WHO YOU ARE? – PATIENT IDENTIFIERS

It is very important that we ensure you are the right person and that you receive the right care, treatment and results.

It is vital that your safety and confidentiality is maintained (eg when you arrive for an appointment or when you receive test results).

For this reason our staff will ask you at least 3 patient identifier questions when you are arriving for your appointment, making an appointment or receiving care.
